RV Sites
Limit: 6 people per campsite including children. PULL THROUGH: We have 11 Pull Through Full Hook Up RV sites with 50/30 AMP electric hook up. FULL HOOK UP: We have 122 total camp sites FULL HOOK UP SITES: water, sewer, and 50/30 AMP electric hook up. PARTIAL HOOK UP: water and 30 AMP electric hook up.
Picnic Table, Fire Pit, FREE WiFi. Trash available in central location.
Friendly pets are allowed in campsites on leash.
PET POLICY:
Friendly dogs are allowed in the camping area reserved by guest only if on a leash. Dogs cannot be tied out, kenneled outside, or left at the campsite alone outside. A guest must be present with a dog at all times. Failure to comply may result in guest being charged $25 fine per incident of pets getting lose in the campground, payable first before reservation amount. Limit two per campsite, including service dogs.
Insurance prohibits certain breeds from staying or being on the premises. These dogs include, but are not limited to, the following list: Pit Bull, American Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, any wolf hybrid, etc. or any dog with vicious tendencies or a dog who has bitten someone. A dog of mixed breed, which includes any prohibited breed, is also prohibited. Each dog must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet. Please be courteous to other campers. All pet owners should clean up after their dog. Owners of confrontational, aggressive breeds or dogs that bark excessively will be asked to leave and remove such dogs from the premises. Acceptability determined by management.
Rainy Day Policy
We do not refund for RV or tent sites for inclement weather.

Shower / Restroom/ Laundry Available Year round, 24 hours per day unless undergoing maintenance. Central Heat and Air in Building.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Please call 800-826-1995 or 615-579-3720 for reservations or reserve online. We do not make reservations via email. CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES to your reservation must be made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival to receive a 50% refund. Reservations are strongly recommended for the months of May through September. Full payment up front is needed to secure a reservation and a valid credit card must be on file. Checks are not accepted. A two-night minimum is required on holiday weekends. If you reserve within 2 weeks of arrival date, reservation policy still applies. You will forfeit your reservation amount if you do not cancel or change prior to the 2 week cancellation policy. No refund for early departure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Check-in Time is 3:00 p.m. or after. Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m.
If you are requesting a late check-out, permission and prior arrangements must be made with the office, as this is not always possible. Additional charges may be added. Ozark Farms Family Campground & RV Park Rules & Regulations for All Guests
The following rules and regulations are intended to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests. Parents are expected to inform their children of these rules and are responsible for their supervision. Ozark Farms reserves the right to eject persons for noncompliance of the rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules and regulations.
REGISTRATION: All campers, guests, visitors and pets must be registered prior to entering the campground. All fees must be paid in advance. Registered campers and guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors have properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.
CAMPSITE CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM. CAMPSITE CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR CAMPER MAY BE TOWED IF NOT OUT OF SITE BY 11:00AM.
GUESTS: Facilities at Ozark Farms are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register before entering the park. All visitors must leave the park by 8:00 PM unless registered as an overnight guest. Please register overnight guests by 4:00 PM. Registered campers are responsible for ensuring their visitors have properly registered before entering the park and that all campground rules are obeyed.
SPEED LIMIT: Speed limit on the road into Ozark Farms is 15 mph and within the campground 5 mph. Motorcycles are to be used for in and out travel only. No motorized or battery powered vehicles such as ATVs, 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, etc. are permitted in the park. No bicycle riding after dark.
NO VEHICLES of any kind allowed in the family recreation /tent grove area. Violators will be ejected.
PARKING: Registered guests must park on their assigned sites.
WASHING RVs, CAMPERS AND VEHICLES is permitted once per month as long as it is not excessive and does not interfere with the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of other campers.
ELECTRIC CORDS cannot be run from electrical to non-electrical sites.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM – All campers should return to their site by 10:00 PM and daily visitors are required to be gone by 8:00 PM. All stereos and music must be off by 8:00 PM. Please be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Generators are not allowed. No loud or rowdy groups. No loud music or loud partying at any time. All radios, stereos, etc. and music must be off by 8:00 PM and remain off until 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of others at all times. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and violation of quiet hours could mean ejection without refund.
ALCOHOL: Please drink responsibly and be considerate of others.
NO LOUD PARTYING, FOUL LANGUAGE OR LEWD BEHAVIOR will be tolerated. Disruptive guests will be ejected from the premises with no refund.
CAMPFIRES: No large bonfires allowed at campsites or anywhere on premises. Campfires must be kept at knee level and never left unattended.
TRASH/GARBAGE: Please put trash in dumpster located in the campground. Please bag your garbage. Keep your campsite clean during your stay and leave it clean when you depart.
FIREWOOD/TREES: The closest 24/7/365 firewood provider is the convenience store near the campground at the first light. No cutting of trees for firewood allowed in the campground or adjoining properties. Please do not drive nails into or disfigure trees. Do not hang lanterns from the trees. Help keep Emerald Ash Borer out of Missouri.
DUMP STATION: The dumping station is located at the main entrance and is free to all registered campers. Please discharge all RV waste here if you did not have sewer hook-up at your site. Grey (sink) water should be discharged here as well and not on the ground.
SHOWER HOUSE: Showers are free to registered guests at Ozark Farms. Children should always be accompanied by an adult. The shower house may be closed at times for cleaning or maintenance. All showers and restrooms are Unisex.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind are allowed on the premises. Violators will be arrested and prosecuted.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS OF ANY KIND! NO FIREWORKS, POTATO GUNS, PAINT GUNS, ETC. ALLOWED.
VANDALISM: Anyone destroying or damaging property of Ozark Farms will be held accountable. This includes fines as well as arrest and prosecution.
APPEARANCE OF CAMPSITE: Campsites and camping units must be regularly maintained in order to present a clean and pleasing appearance. The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site: American, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans. Any other flags are strictly prohibited without prior approval.
MONTHLY CAMPER APPROVAL: Campers traveling in RV's over 10 years old may be asked for photos of the camper prior to reservation. Ozark Farms reserves the right to decline RV's that do not meet the appearance desired for the campground. Examples of this are RV's that rely on tarps, have not been well maintained, are taped, missing windows, appear in disrepair, and give the appearance that the camper will not keep their campsite neat and orderly while a guest. Ozark Farms reserves the right to decline a potential guest if the guest indicates they will not be able to pay their bill, have disrupted prior campgrounds, do not meet the income requirement that rent cannot be more than 25% of their monthly income, become hostile or belligerent with staff, will not comply with the rules during short term stays, or indicate in any way that they or their guests will disrupt the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of other campers in our campground.
PRIVACY: Please respect the privacy of other campers by not walking through occupied sites. Please use designated roadways when walking through the park.

LAW ENFORCEMENT: All branches of Law Enforcement are allowed into Ozark Farms and do make unscheduled patrols of the campground.
OZARK FARMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RESERVATION. OZARK FARMS IS NOT A PARTY CAMPGROUND.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE OZARK FARMS its owners and agents, from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the property, facilities, and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS OZARK FARMS Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the the campground by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Ozark Farms Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.

Golf Cart Guidelines:
To help keep our farm peaceful and safe for everyone, please follow these simple rules when bringing or operating a golf cart:

Licensed Drivers Only: Operators must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Speed Limit: Please keep speeds under 10 mph at all times—this is a family-friendly environment with children and animals around.

Daylight Use Only: Golf carts may only be driven during daylight hours.

Respect Quiet Hours: No golf cart use between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Stay on Roads and Designated Paths: No off-roading, trail riding, or driving through fields, landscaping, grass, or other campsites.

Passenger Safety: Everyone must be seated properly—no standing, hanging off, or overcrowding.

No Alcohol or Substance Use While Driving: Same rules apply as with a car—please don’t drive under the influence.

Park Responsibly: Please don’t block roads, driveways, or foot paths.

You’re Responsible: Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by use or misuse of a golf cart.
