You have a vision, we want to help you bring it to life. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, baby & wedding showers, the Historic Holmes House has everything you need for the event of your dreams. Gorgeous setting, beautifully landscaped grounds, plenty of parking.

As a local hometown family, we know beauty and affordability are so important!
Rental includes: home (sleeps 8 guests), grounds, next door parking lot & 5 acre field if available.

Rates
9-25 guests: $250/day + one time $150 refundable damage deposit & $100 cleaning fee
26-50 guests: $500/day + one time $200 refundable damage deposit & $300 cleaning fee
51-100 guests: $1000/day + one time $250 refundable damage deposit & $750 cleaning fee

Great location, wonderful house! We stayed in Rolla for a family wedding and had a great time! The house is gorgeous and Michele is a great person to work with! We would definitely stay again!!
BEAUTIFUL house. Never stayed somewhere so beautiful. Lovely landscape, loved the keyless entry! Definitely recommend. Host is beyond terrific. Accidentally ran into her while she was moving the trash can and had such a great chat! She is the best! Very welcoming!
